vitaMedMD™ normally processes orders 5 days a week. Please allow 24 hours for order processing after you have placed your order. We will ship all orders by either USPS Ground or USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise specified by customer at time of order. Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on location. For faster processing and delivery you can choose one of the following for an additional charge:


USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days + 1 day for order processing)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day + 1 day for order processing)

All items are shipped with a verified UPS or USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday morning. UPS does not deliver packages on Saturday and Sunday. USPS may deliver your package on a Saturday. Both do not deliver on national holidays.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination.

APO Addresses : We must ship via USPS to all APO addresses.

Auto-Refill Info : Auto Refill is available for your convenience on select items. Your order will be shipped every month, 5 days prior to the day of the month of your first order, to ensure you will not run short on supply. So, for example, if your original order is placed on the 15th of the month, subsequent orders will be shipped on the 10th of every month.

Auto-refill is also available when ordering multiple quantities. Next ship dates are generated according to the original order quantity. So if you order a 2 months supply on January 5th, you will receive your second 2 months supply on March 1st.

Your credit card will be charged only when your new order is shipped. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when your new order is shipped. You may cancel at any time on the web at www.vitaMedMD.com or by calling 1.800.728.0009.
